Client Responsibilities and Expectations

My Terms and Conditions outline the policies for using my coaching services, booking sessions, and accessing resources. By engaging with my services, you agree to these terms, which ensure clarity, fairness, and a seamless experience for all.

General Terms and Conditions for All Coaching Packages

  1. Coaching Agreement

    • By purchasing a coaching package, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

    • Coaching is a collaborative process aimed at personal and professional growth. Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on the client's commitment and actions.
       

  2. Payment Terms

    • Payment must be made in advance for individual sessions or packages.

    • Payment plans may be offered for select packages; details will be discussed during the discovery call.

    • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
       

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    • Clients must notify the coach at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a session.

    • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged in full.

    • The coach reserves the right to reschedule sessions with prior notice in exceptional circumstances.
       

  4. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are not provided for sessions already completed.

    • For package cancellations, refunds for unused sessions will be prorated, minus a 10% administrative fee.

    • No refunds will be provided for packages partially completed due to lack of client participation or engagement.
       

  5. Confidentiality

    • All coaching sessions are confidential. The coach will not disclose any information shared during sessions without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
       

  6. Session Delivery

    • Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, MS Teams, or another agreed-upon platform.

    • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary equipment and a stable internet connection.
       

  7. Responsibility

    • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or consulting. The client is responsible for their decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching.
       

  8. Validity Period

    • Coaching packages must be completed within the validity period specified in the package details (e.g., 4 weeks, 8 weeks). Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Package-Specific Terms

  1. Flexible Coaching Sessions

    • Includes: 1 session (45 minutes per session).

    • Session topics and focus areas will be tailored to the client’s unique transition needs.

    • Sessions are scheduled in the evenings (7:30–10:15 p.m.) to accommodate busy schedules.

    • Unused sessions cannot be transferred to other packages or individuals.
       

  2. Empowerment Coaching Series

    • Validity: This package must be completed within 6 weeks from the start date.

    • Includes: 3 sessions (45 minutes each).

    • Sessions are scheduled in the evenings (7:30–10:15 p.m.) to accommodate busy schedules.

    • Unused sessions cannot be transferred to other packages or individuals.

    • Digital support and tools are available for the duration of the program only.

    • Clients must actively participate in guided exercises during and between sessions to achieve optimal results.
       

  3. Comprehensive Growth Journey

    • Validity: This package must be completed within 12 weeks from the start date.

    • Includes: 6 sessions (1 hour each).

    • Sessions are scheduled in the weekday evenings (7:30–10:15 p.m.) and/or weekends to accommodate busy schedules.

    • Unused sessions cannot be transferred to other packages or individuals.

    • Digital support and tools are available for the duration of the program only.

    • Clients must actively participate in guided exercises during and between sessions to achieve optimal results.
